Should a product arrive damaged or wrong order received we will refund or replace.
Defective/damaged products must be reported within 3 days of receipt via email to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
If an item is undelivered and returned to us, we are happy to resend, however we ask that the buyer pays the additional postage costs.
We will accept exchanges for wrong sizes ordered subject to availability. Buyer is responsible for additional postage costs.
We do out best to ensure all orders arrive on time, and without any issues. No business runs perfectly, sometimes mistakes happen, and issues with international shipping are more common than with domestic shipping. Please do not be hasty to judge us until any issue is resolved. Communication solves most problems and we endeavour to fix any problem until there is a satisfactory resolution.
