How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship from Thailand using tracked international shipping. Delivery time and other shipping information is on our main menu https://dpretro.com/shipping/

Why does delivery from Thailand take so long?
Delivery time will always be slower from Thailand than countries like China/Indonesia etc. We dispatch all orders within 5 days. Thailand is very strict, it is the process in between dispatch and customs clearance that takes a lot of time. It is complicated – we have been doing this for over 10 years – and assure you we are providing the best service we can.

I have not received any emails or order updates from you.
Please make sure you enter your email address correctly when you order.
Also, check your junk/spam folder. Hotmail, for example, is notorious for incorrectly filtering emails from us.

Are your shirts in stock or made to order?
We only sell shirts that are physically in stock.

Why haven’t you answered my email?
We average over 30 emails per day and the business is run by a small team of 3 people. One of my roles is to reply to emails however I cannot always answer within a short time period due to other tasks and another job. We do not have the resources to employ extra staff but we try our best. We are not being neglectful of our customers or our business. We will reply as soon as we possibly can.

Why don’t you make bigger sizes?
Our manufacturing equipment only enables us to produce smaller Asian sizing. We understand that we are missing out on customers by not being able to provide larger sizes. In order to make bigger sizes we need to upgrade our factory equipment and will so so when we can afford to.

Why don’t you ship to Ireland?

Why was my order delayed?
Occasionally there are issues with delays, especially with international shipping. We are susceptible to this like any other business. Delays can be for various reasons, for example – customs delays, busy time periods, damaged packaging or unreadable addresses. We do our best to minimalize these issues and will keep in touch so you are reassured of delivery.
